TRI-Cities, WA - Mid-Columbia Meals on Wheels, a program of Senior Life Resources Northwest, is pleased to announce continued funding for its Fundamental Meal Program, which serves hot, nutritious meals to persons under age 60. The meal and service are identical to the Senior Nutrition program, without the age qualification.
Persons eligible for meal service must be essentially homebound, unable to prepare nutritious meals for themselves, and have nobody available to prepare meals for them. For additional information or to make a referral, please call (509) 735-1911 or email kthien@seniorliferesources.org.
Meals on Wheels serves meals throughout Benton and Franklin Counties. The Fundamental Meal Program is funded by generous donations from Three Rivers Community Foundation, the United Way of Benton and Franklin Counties, and private donors.
